1st Lessons were amazing!
We took our first lessons for sailing the smaller craft, including a delightful outing with Gary, one of the instructors, who guided us through a wonderful afternoon on the water. The wind was light and gentle, but the sun shone brightly, and the company was truly perfect. Don’t Swim alone… :D
Brisk but fun! Bring your towel. This Friday was a bit windy, but it was certainly excellent weather for windsurfing. I swam out and back without wearing a wetsuit and ended up feeling quite cold; I should have taken advantage of the free wetsuit. First Meetup was a success!
What an incredible kickoff for the Veterans Valor Club! Our first meeting was a resounding success, filled with purpose and camaraderie. We hit the shores running, cleaning up trash and making an immediate positive impact on our local environment.
